Natural Cycles, a leading digital health company based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities: - Handle client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a prompt and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client issues and answering questions - Educate clients on product features and benefits - Assist in managing client accounts and updating information as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction - Identify areas for improvement in client services and make recommendations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Proficiency in technology and ability to learn new software systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong presentation skills - Motivated and reliable personality traits
