Online Client Service Representative

Bambuser is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in client services or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service via online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Answer client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Utilize problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Contribute to the development and improvement of client service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong ability to adapt to changing situations - Excellent research skills to effectively address client inquiries and concerns - Ability to effectively manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must be detail-oriented and organized - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
