Job Description:
J.Lindeberg is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is resourceful, independent, and possesses strong project management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to clients - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong project management and leadership skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus
