Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Online Client Support Assistant to join our team at Peltarion in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Online Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients through online platforms. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience who are reliable, driven, and possess excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions to their questions or issues promptly and effectively through online channels. - Assist clients with navigating our online platform and troubleshoot any technical difficulties they may encounter. - Take ownership of client concerns and ensure timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction. - Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address client needs and provide comprehensive support. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our database. - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client support experience.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role. - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. - A driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
