Online Client Support Associate

Essity, a leading global hygiene and health company, is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Stockholm, SE. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for a motivated and driven individual with strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone communication - Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain client records and database accuracy - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client experiences - Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to management

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or sales - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and Swedish is required
