The Online Client Support Manager at Happy Socks will be responsible for managing a team of online client support representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the online client support department, handling escalated client issues, and implementing strategies to improve overall customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online client support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement procedures for handling client inquiries, complaints, and escalations - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in online client support platforms and tools - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Motivated and confident with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Experience in people management and a strong focus on creating a positive team culture - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
