Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

NEVS, a leading automotive company in Göteborg, Sweden, is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Manager to join our team. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing online client support activities to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online client support strategies to improve customer experience. - Manage a team of online client support representatives and provide training and guidance. - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and implement continuous improvements. - Oversee the resolution of client inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. - Collaborate with other departments to enhance the online client support process. - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven track record of success in online client support management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in managing a team and leading projects. - Reliable and hardworking attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Experience working with CRM software is a plus.
