Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Einride is seeking a passionate Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Online Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online client support operations, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and support. This is a part-time position at a Mid-to-Senior Level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage the online client support team, ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall client support experience - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients - Train and onboard new team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to support our clients effectively - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support to continuously improve our processes and services - Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and efficiency


Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong soft skills in innovation and cooperation - Proven experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using online client support tools and software
