Job Description:
QlikTech International is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Manage online client support services and ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve client experience and satisfaction - Collaborate with various departments to address client needs and provide solutions - Analyze client feedback and implement changes to enhance client support processes - Monitor and report on performance metrics to track the effectiveness of client support initiatives - Train and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Passionate and dedicated individual with excellent communication and planning skills - Proven experience in client support or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
