Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Online Client Support Representative to join our team at ABB Sweden in Stockholm. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner - Provide technical support to clients using our online services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback - Assist in the development and improvement of online customer support processes - Stay up-to-date on product offerings and company policies to better assist clients - Handle any escalated client issues with care and empathy
