Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Starbreeze Studios is seeking an Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As an entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the gaming industry while providing support to our online clients. The ideal candidate will be driven, passionate, and possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online client experience - Monitor online platforms and social media channels for client feedback and engage with customers as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training as necessary

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in using online platforms and social media channels - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus
