Job Description - Online Client Support Representative

Voi Technology is seeking a dedicated Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the tech industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through online channels such as emails, live chat, and social media platforms. 2. Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and other related tasks. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize company resources to effectively address client needs and escalate issues when necessary.
