Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Vattenfall is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are energetic and independent. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making skills and have a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and other digital communication channels. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses. 4. Collaborate with other team members to find solutions and improve processes. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best support possible.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly. 4. A passion for innovation and finding creative solutions. 5. Fluency in English and Swedish.
