Job description:
Bambuser, a leading live video shopping platform, is seeking a dedicated Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional online support to clients through various channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on how to best utilize our platform. 3. Handle client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues to ensure customer retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer support experience.
Requirements: 1. Motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 2. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Creative problem-solving abilities to effectively address client concerns and develop innovative solutions. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Experience in the e-commerce or tech industry is a plus.
