Job Description:
Peltarion, a leading AI software company based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Manager to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the online contact center, ensuring efficient and effective communication with customers - Manage a team of contact center representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Develop and implement training programs for contact center staff to enhance their knowledge and skills - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations
Requirements: - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Proven experience in a contact center management role - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
