Job Description:
Zound Industries is looking for a part-time Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in contact center management, you will be responsible for overseeing our online customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the online contact center, including overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide excellent service to our customers - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness - Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement - Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback and coaching to team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in customer service - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in contact center management, preferably in an online environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Reliable and driven personality traits - Strategic planning and research soft skills - Experience with customer service software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
