Job Description:
As an Online Contact Center Officer at Aspiro, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience through online channels. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing information about our products and services. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage online inquiries and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints or issues, and escalate as needed to ensure a resolution. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service level agreements. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers. 7. Document customer interactions and update database records with relevant information.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. 6. Confidence in handling customer inquiries and providing solutions. 7. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer relationship management systems.
