Job Description:
LightAir is seeking a motivated and independent individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Officer in Göteborg, Sweden. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges. 4. Research and troubleshoot customer issues to provide effective solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues. 6. Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3.
