Job Description:

Polestar is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via online chat, email, and phone - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information - Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Accurately input and update customer information in the system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
