Job Description:
As an Online Contact Center Specialist at Fjällräven, you will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. This part-time position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping inquiries, and returns - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other department teams to address and resolve customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies - Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - 4+ years of experience in customer service, contact center, or related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and organization skills - Previous experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
