Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

As an Online Contact Center Specialist at G5 Entertainment in Stockholm, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service through online channels. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, promotions, and services. 3. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 4. Monitoring and managing online customer reviews and feedback. 5. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. 6. Contributing to the development and implementation of online customer service strategies. 7. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times while interacting with customers.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online contact center environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong time management and project management skills. 4. Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Energetic personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
