Job Description - Online Customer Care Associate

As an Online Customer Care Associate at H&M in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to online shoppers. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues via email, chat, or phone in a timely manner - Assist customers with order placements, returns, exchanges, and refunds - Provide product information and advice to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions


Requirements: - Dedication to providing top-notch customer service - Reliability and punctuality - Strong planning and organization skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and systems - Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service is preferred - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
