Job Description - Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a confident and motivated Online Customer Care Associate to join our team at Quinyx in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, Sweden. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar customer care role.


Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with product information, orders, and returns - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to handle various customer care scenarios and situations - Project management skills to prioritize and execute tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online customer care platforms and tools - Fluency in English and Swedish is required


Personality Traits: - Confident in dealing with customers and finding solutions to their needs - Motivated to provide top-notch customer service and exceed expectations
