Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Voi Technology is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online customer queries and provide timely and accurate responses - Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media - Assist with order processing and tracking - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and new features - Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements: - Hardworking and energetic personality - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication skills - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Swedish is a plus
