Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Care Manager to join our team at Klarna in Malmö, Sweden. As a part-time role at the mid-to-senior level, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our online customer care operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of online customer care representatives to ensure the highest level of customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer care process and optimize efficiency. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely and appropriate resolutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide a seamless experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to online customer care. 7. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in online customer care or a related field. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. 4. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 5. Proficient in research and data analysis. 6. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 7. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online support tools.
