Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Oatly is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Uppsala, SE on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer care or a related field, you will be responsible for managing our online customer care operations and ensuring the highest level of service for our customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online customer care team, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints through various online platforms - Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer care or a related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention - Experience with online customer care platforms and tools - Strong time management and strategic planning skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
