Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Online Customer Care Officer to join our team at Re:newcell in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our online customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, ordering process, shipping details, and returns. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Process orders and manage customer accounts in our online system. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Keep track of customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 2. Strong time management and organizational skills. 3. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required. 5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
