Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Care Representative to join our team at ABB Sweden in Uppsala. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role is perfect for someone who is hardworking, resourceful, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and general inquiries - Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer problems - Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in Swedish and English is required
