Job Description:
As an Online Customer Care Representative at Getinge Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This role involves interacting with customers via email, chat, and phone to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Online Customer Care Representative will also be responsible for processing orders, tracking shipments, and escalating any unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate department.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues - Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with online marketing and sales initiatives as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and adaptable to changing situations - Strong cooperation and people management skills - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
