Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


LightAir is looking for a part-time Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate should possess the personality traits of confidence and independence, as well as soft skills in project management and strategic planning.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer engagement strategies - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies - Assist in creating content for customer care resources


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience as a Customer Care Specialist or similar role - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong organizational and time management skills - Fluency in English and Swedish
