Job Description:

Electrolux is seeking a Part-time Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The Online Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
