Online Customer Service Assistant

Instabox is seeking an adaptable and confident Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Sollentuna. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, however, a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via email and chat platforms - Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and orders - Assist with order processing and tracking - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records - Assist with customer feedback analysis and reporting

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Creativity in problem-solving and customer interactions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online customer service platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Personality traits: - Adaptable: Able to quickly adjust to changing situations and customer needs - Confident: Comfortable interacting with customers and handling difficult situations with professionalism

Soft skills: - Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to customer issues - Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in all customer interactions and order processing
