Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

IKEA is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online shoppers. Your role will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries through online chat, email, and phone - Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Managing customer accounts and order processing - Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Providing product recommendations and assistance with online shopping - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IKEA products and services - Assisting with strategic planning for improving the online customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong people management and communication skills - Ability to plan strategically and think critically - Proficiency in online communication tools and software - Flexibility to work a part-time schedule - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
