Job Description - Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Koenigsegg Automotive AB is seeking an Online Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level position requiring 2 years of experience, the ideal candidate will possess a resilient and resourceful personality, along with strong soft skills in time management and strategic planning.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional online customer service through various platforms including email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and shipping inquiries. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures. 6. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to ensure a positive brand image. 7. Assist in organizing and executing online marketing campaigns and promotions.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in online customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software is preferred. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Flexible schedule availability to accommodate peak customer service hours. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional certifications are a plus.
