Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Einride, a leading transportation technology company, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, hardworking, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Providing support and assistance to customers with any issues or questions they may have - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Customer service experience is a plus but not required
