Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Nudie Jeans, a sustainable fashion company based in Malmö, SE, is seeking a talented Online Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing our online customer support operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer service representatives, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our online customer service processes. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and marketing, to address customer service issues and enhance the overall online shopping experience. 5. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service management.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven personality with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. 2. Strong decision-making and presentation skills. 3. At least 8 years of experience in online customer service, preferably in a managerial role. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and customer satisfaction targets. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
