Job Description:
Saab Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As the Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our online customer service department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer interactions on various online platforms to identify trends and areas for improvement - Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and feedback - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner - Implement and oversee quality assurance measures to ensure consistent and effective customer service - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service - Drive innovation and creativity in customer service solutions to enhance the overall customer experience - Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate the performance of the online customer service department
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in online customer service management - Confident and energetic personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proven track record of implementing successful online customer service strategies - Ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve customer service challenges - Proficiency in customer service software and online platforms - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
