Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Starbreeze Studios is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Customer Service Officer to join our growing team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Entry Level position, this role requires no prior experience and is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical issues - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer concerns - Conduct research on products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic - Confident and able to communicate effectively with customers - Strong research skills to gather information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries - Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues from different departments - Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and customer service software - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus - Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
