Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Online Customer Service Officer to join our team at Truecaller. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online channels, such as email, live chat, and social media.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and troubleshooting technical issues - Assisting customers with account management and subscription services - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns - Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes and policies - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Leadership skills to handle escalated customer issues effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and online customer service platforms
