Job description:

As an Online Customer Service Officer at Cint, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. Your primary role will involve responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various online channels such as emails, chat, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Providing accurate information about products and services - Managing and updating customer accounts - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and responding accordingly - Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions - Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Proficient in using various online communication tools - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong cooperation and persuasion skills
