As an Online Customer Service Officer at Essity, located in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner 2. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers 7. Monitor online reviews and provide feedback to the appropriate teams 8. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements: 1. Reliable and resourceful individual 2. Strong attention to detail and analysis skills 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 4. Proficiency with CRM software and online communication tools 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
