Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Online Customer Service Officer to join our team at Epidemic Sound in Stockholm, SE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and be able to work part-time.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to online users through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support - Troubleshoot and escalate any technical issues to the appropriate team - Work closely with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - 3+ years of customer service experience - Independent and self-motivated with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in English and Swedish is required
