Job Description:
As an Online Customer Service Officer at Aspiro, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through various online channels. Your primary focus will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues through email, chat, and social media platforms - Providing accurate and timely assistance to customers regarding products, orders, and services - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating unresolved problems to the appropriate department - Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Experience with project management is a plus - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
