Online Customer Service Officer

Kry is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and possess strong communication skills, with a talent for persuasion and people management.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through online chat, email, and social media platforms - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience - Identify and report any trends or common issues that may arise among customers

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
