Job Description:

Mindler, a leading online career guidance platform, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, Sweden. As an Associate Level Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services in a timely and professional manner. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure. - Resourceful and hardworking with a strong attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Demonstrated cooperation and innovation in problem-solving. - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. - Fluency in English and Swedish.
