Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Online Customer Service Representative to join our team at Camfil in Stockholm. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and orders - Process customer orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize negotiation skills to find solutions that meet the needs of both the customer and the company - Demonstrate leadership qualities when dealing with challenging situations or difficult customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best possible service
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Reliable and able to work flexible hours - Adaptable and willing to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment - Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus - Personal qualities: negotiation skills, leadership capabilities
