Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

LightAir is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Göteborg, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and feedback - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends - Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service - Adaptable and hardworking attitude - Excellent decision-making and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
