We are seeking a passionate and resilient Online Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sandvik in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or social media platforms - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide product information, pricing, and shipping details - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Experience with CRM systems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - People management skills - Cooperation skills
