Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


LightAir is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. This position requires a confident and independent individual with strong critical thinking skills and leadership qualities.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to the management team. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. 5. Leadership qualities and ability to work independently. 6. Prior experience in an online customer service role is preferred. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 8. Must be confident, independent, and able to adapt to changing situations.
