Job description:


Teenage Engineering is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions - Assist customers with order processing, shipping, and returns - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a positive manner at all times


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with others - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications - Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task efficiently - Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required
